What coaching calls actually look like

Group setting, one hour, fully structured. Students submit their questions, trading journals, or trades through a form before each session, coaches walk in already knowing exactly what to address. Time is split evenly per submission with a timer (4 submissions → 15 min each, 5 → 12 min, 6 → 10 min), so every student gets dedicated time and every session stays on rails. Sessions rotate by theme to keep the program fresh all year: psychology (mindset, tilt, discipline), strategy (setups, risk, execution review), and occasional special guest sessions with outside traders. Coaches rotate too, Triad and Ohad can run sessions — so MMU gets leverage without ever exposing the edge.
